    This auction is for a rare original authentic 1870's era antique Victorian diamond studded 18K gold nugget on a 10K stick pin with the pin device marked: HOLD ON - 71- PAT. NO. 3009 - This fabulous high end stick pin jewelry is fully functional and in excellent condition. The total weight is 6.9 grams. The nugget measures 7/8" by 3/8", 5/32" thick, and the diamond is a authenticated and genuine antique, and is approx. -1/8" in diameter.
